Preheat a pan to approx. 180 - 190 C. Add coffee beans and stir constantly. Roasting time between 10 - 20 minutes, depending on the desired degree of roasting. Alternatively, it can be prepared in the oven for 15-20 minutes at the same temperature. Distribute the beans in a single layer on the tray. Turn once after approx. 10 minutes.
