Ethiopian raw coffee, whole beans, washed, for making roasted coffee. Coffee from the Sidamo region. Arabica class: Grade II, washed

Best before delivery at least 12 months
Preparation: Preheat a pan to approx. 180 - 190 #C. Add coffee beans and stir constantly. Roasting time between 10 - 20 minutes, depending on the desired degree of roasting. Alternatively, it can be prepared in the oven for 15-20 minutes at the same temperature. Spread the beans on the tray for one day. Turn once after approx. 10 minutes.
