Dried Bessobella / Ethiopian basil
Bessobella is the Ethiopian basil. Bessobella is also a very important part of Berbere, the traditional Ethiopian spice blend and it is used as an ingredient for the clarified seasoning butter.
In Ethiopia and Eritrea, Besobela is also called "holy basil".
