Mekelesha
Mekelesha is an intense Ethiopian spice blend that does not contain chili. Instead, it contains "warming" and rather sweet-tasting spices, such as cinnamon and cloves. Mekelesha is added towards the end of cooking to round off the flavors of the dish.
Ingredients
Cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, stick pepper, cinnamon sticks.
